SAUT SEMA COMMUNITY DAY 14TH DEC2016
St. Augustine University of Tanzania Student Environmental Management Associations (SAUT-SEMA) participated in the community day exhibition carried out on 14th Dec 2016 at Raila Odinga Grounds. In the exhibition SEMA presented the following:
Provide education on how to copy and combat the different environmental calamities such as desertification, and deforestation. Where we insisted on conserving the environment through the planting of different trees species that can grow on the certain specific areas especially in the arid and semi-arid areas where the desertification process still going on.
The uses of different trees species for different purpose in the daily life
SEMA also presented the different articles and videos that provide education about the environment to the visitors
Different presentation about environments in general provided by SEMA members to the SAUT community and other peoples who visited our tent
We have more than 300 visitors among them 204 signed our visitor book
